Fylkir wants to be a club where joy, respect and ambition characterize all work. To do this, we need to regularly listen to those who know the club's operations best – the players and their parents.
The Board of Directors of Fylkis has therefore decided to conduct service surveys in all departments of the company. The goal of the project is to get a clear picture of what is going well, what can be improved, and how we can create an even better experience for practitioners and their families.
Participate in a survey about the company: https://form.typeform.com/to/fhFeH1Sn
The surveys are not only a tool for measuring satisfaction, but also an important tool for improvement. The results will help boards, coaches and staff prioritize projects, reinforce what is being done well and respond systematically to areas that need further development.
With the project, Fylkir wants to:
- Listen purposefully to practitioners and parents.
- Promote continuous improvement in the work of all departments.
- Measure results and monitor trends between years.
- Build a common quality standard for the company.
- Strengthen Fylki's position as a desirable sports club for children, youth and families.
The service surveys are conducted on a regular basis so that progress can be monitored over time and whether actions are delivering the desired results. In doing so, Fylkir demonstrates in practice that the company listens, learns and constantly strives to improve.
Fylkir does not measure success solely in points, goals and awards – but also in the experience, satisfaction and trust of those who make up the club. We believe that good sports activities are based on collaboration between practitioners, parents, coaches, volunteers and administrators. The service survey is an important part of that conversation.
