General Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy

These terms of service apply to purchases of products and services from Íþróttafélagið Fylki, including registrations for sports activities, events, ticket sales, online shopping and other services offered by the company.
By purchasing services or registering for the company's activities, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Prices and payments
All prices are subject to change and are in Icelandic krónur unless otherwise noted.
Payment for services or products is made according to the payment options available at any given time. The customer is responsible for providing correct information when purchasing or registering.
3. Registrations in County activities
When registering for training, courses or other activities of the company, the registered individual undertakes to provide correct information and follow the company's rules.
In the case of a minor practitioner, the guardian is responsible for registration and communication with the company.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary by service.
In general:
- Training and membership fees are not refundable unless special circumstances or the club's rules state otherwise.
- Event tickets may be non-refundable unless the event is canceled or otherwise specifically stated.
- Purchases of products from an online store are subject to applicable rules regarding returns and refunds.
Fylkir reserves the right to evaluate requests for refunds due to special circumstances.
5. Tickets and events
Electronic tickets or admission tickets issued for events are only valid according to the information provided at the time of purchase.
Unauthorized resale or misuse of tickets may result in invalidation of admission.
6. Online store
Products purchased from Fylkis' online store are delivered according to the information provided at the time of purchase.
If a product is defective or not in accordance with the purchase, the customer has rights under applicable consumer rights laws.
7. Liability and Force Majeure
Fylkir is not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations of services due to circumstances beyond the company's control, such as natural disasters, closures, government orders or other uncontrollable events.
8. Visual content and use of content
Fylkir may take photographs and videos of the company's activities to promote its work. The use of such images is subject to the company's privacy policy.
9. Code of Conduct
Guests, practitioners, members and others who use Fylki's services must respect the company's rules and follow the instructions of staff and responsible parties.
Inappropriate behavior may result in restriction of access to the company's services.
10. Law and venue
These terms and conditions are governed by Icelandic law. Any disputes arising from them shall be resolved in Icelandic courts.
11. Changes to the Terms
Fylkir reserves the right to update these terms and conditions when necessary. The latest version of the terms and conditions will be published on the company's website.
