Strategy
The eSports Department aims to offer well-organized and rewarding training sessions for children and teenagers with the goal of recruiting a sufficient number of practitioners to ensure that we can maintain the good work. That the training systems issued by the head coach are followed. That the coaches have a thorough knowledge of the game being taught and receive good guidance from the head coach on how to convey knowledge to the practitioners.
The department should pay close attention to those who may be at risk and build strong social bonds within the department. Emphasis will be placed on teaching practitioners to recognize computers as tools and not as masters, on strengthening their social skills, and on trying to prevent social isolation for those who play alone at home.
The league will also serve high-achieving teams well and aims to compete at the highest level domestically.
Objective
- To offer organized activities for children and teenagers where they can practice e-sports under the guidance of coaches.
- Promoting a positive computing experience.
- Helping practitioners take good care of their body and soul.
- To promote social and moral development.
- That practitioners learn the basics of the game they practice.
- That practitioners enjoy esports.
- Creating professionals in the field who don't let computers control their lives.
- To promote social skills and empower those who are often alone at home playing.
- Creating members.
- To have a strong championship team.
Paths to goals
Training will be divided into stages and a learning plan will be followed. After a good foundation has been achieved, work will begin on more complex skill areas. The division will be divided by age and those who excel will be invited to participate in an achievement group.
The focus will be on individualized technical training in the youngest groups and different roles will be tested in the relevant game to build a strong foundation. Good team spirit will be promoted and practitioners will be taught to resolve conflicts. Esports teams are small and rely on good teamwork to work towards goals. Practitioners will learn to build teammates for better results.
Positions will be rotated regularly among the youngest players. Everyone will try out for the captaincy position and everyone will play all positions. Emphasis will be placed on play theory and team cooperation in older groups. We will focus on playing methods and systems so that all players learn to develop a system. Great emphasis will be placed on coaches teaching players to analyze and solve problems themselves through cooperation and goal setting.
